This page explains, in plain language, how Bizfloo Link handles information.
Account data
When you create a Bizfloo Link account, we store the information needed to run it — your email address, login credentials (handled securely by our authentication provider) and account preferences.
Business information you publish
Anything you choose to add to your public link — your business name, description, services, hours, gallery images, videos and custom links — is published and visible to anyone who visits your link, as controlled by your visibility settings.
Customer contact details
When a customer books an appointment or submits a referral through your link, the contact details they provide (such as name, phone number or email) are stored and made visible only to your business — never shared with other businesses on Bizfloo Link.
Anonymous analytics
For businesses on plans with analytics enabled, we record anonymous, first-party events (such as page views and link clicks) tied to your business, not to an individual visitor’s identity. We do not use cross-site tracking, and we do not sell data to anyone.
Service providers we use
We rely on a small number of processors to run Bizfloo Link: Supabase (database, authentication and file storage), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), and Square or Apple (payments, only for businesses and customers who use those payment options).
Deletion requests
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Contact us via bizfloo.com and we’ll process your request.
Children under 13
Bizfloo Link is intended for business owners and their adult customers. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
